10-Minute Cardio Aerobic Exercise Workout at Home — Burn Fat & Calories & Lose Weight

In this video I take you through an excellent 10-minute aerobic cardio workout that you can do right in your own home any time it is convenient. I recommend you do this every day if you are trying to lose weight or even just to reduce stress. Doing regular cardio exercise is so important for a healthy heart, and overall fitness of your body. Cardiovascular exercise is any type of exercise that increases the work of the heart and lungs which is what you will do in this video. My routine is comprised of 5 different energizing cardio exercises that will get your heart pumping and you burning calories. I do the exercises right along with you so you can see proper form with your arms, legs and feet, and stay motivated. I will go through the five exercises 3 times for a total of 10 minutes. Want more cardio workout exercise; simply replay the tape and you will now have a 20 minute workout. Replay it again and you have a 30 minute workout! That’s quite a challenge!!! 3 Biggest Fitness MISTAKES (shocking!)

Hey guys, in this video I talk about the 3 biggest mistakes that 99% of all guys are making when it comes to getting a ripped body and six pack abs.

Don’t sweat it, its not your fault. Everybody including myself had made these mistakes, the key is to realize it early and avoid them so you can start seeing the results on your body.

Mistake #1: DON’T FALL FOR FOODS THAT ARE MARKETED AS HEALTHY.

Food companies have caught on to the trend of healthy eating and are trying to market/label their food products as healthy when they really are not. Do not get fooled. Anything out of fast food restaurants are still bad for you. Even if its labeled as “healthy” it still made with processed meats and other processed stuff. Chips, cookies, breads, etc… disregard if they are ;0 trans fat…. made with whole wheat grains…. no sugar added….. organic…..they are still no good. Eat whole foods proteins and natural carbs like rice, and potatoes.

Mistake #2 DON’T REST SO LONG DURING YOUR EXERCISE.

Most people rest 2-3 min b/t their exercise like they have all the time in the world! They do things like:
– take their time as they walk to the water fountain,
– change the music on their ipod,
– have conversations with others
– look around with a confused look as if they don’t know what to do next.

Have your workout planned out before hand and finish it as fast you can with high intensity and good form. Rest only 30 sec b/t your sets. You will burn more calories, build more muscle, strengthen your cardiovascular system(heart and lungs) and be more consistent on your workouts bc they are shorter and faster to finish.

Mistake #3 TAKING ADVICE FROM THE WRONG PEOPLE

Most people will take fitness advice from:
– friends who are out of shape but think they know alot about working out and eating right ( but never done it)
– Out of shape Trainers that tell you their way is the best and easiest way to get in shape but yet they can’t seem to do it themselves. IF WHAT THEY SAY IS SO EFFECTIVE, WHY CAN’T THEY DO IT?
– People who are in shape themselves, but never trained someone else besides themselves. They don’t understand other people’s bodies, problems, habits, lifestyle, etc….they only know their own, which makes them bad coaches when trying to help others.

You need someone who:
– are currently in great shape
– been out of shape before and transformed their body
– have transformed other people’s bodies besides their own.

Bodyweight exercise training is a cheap, fast, and effective way to burn fat without cardio exercise. You really dont need to go to a gym if you want to lose weight, burn belly fat, and get a flat stomach.

You know why? Because the truth is that diet is the most important part of fat loss, and as long as you have a good diet and you are eating fewer calories than you need, youll be able to lose weight and burn belly fat with almost any program.

But in todays crazy economy, most folks dont have the money to join a gym or get a personal trainer or have a treadmill at home, so we have to find cheaper and even FREE ways to burn belly fat.

So I want to give you this seven exercise bodyweight circuit that really targets the body for fat loss. We dont need any fancy equipment, and you can do this in the comfort of your own home, anytime of the day. You could also do it while traveling.

Below is an outline of the seven-exercise circuit:

1)Jumping Jacks
2)Y-squat
3)Spiderman Push-up
4)Reverse Lunge
5)Plank-to-Push-up
6)Prisoner Siff Squat
7)Cross Body Mountain Climber

For each of these exercises you will want to perform 8-12 repetitions and if you are really strong and fit, then you could even do as many at 15 repetitions. Go through the circuit with no rest between exercises. Once completing the circuit, rest for 1 minute and then repeat the circuit up to 3 times in total.
