    @McL0vable infact, doing intense weight training can elavate one’s metabolic rate for up to 72 hours, whereas cardio will only do this for a few hours. On top of that, low intensity cardio will break down muscle and not be as effective for loosing fat… So, unless you are doing sprint training, or HIIT, intense weight training may be more effective

    @McL0vable Muscle will use bodyfat. The most straight forward approach to losing bodyfat though is diet. Don’t eat as much.

    @totopoo123 Weights don’t help you loose weight at all. The only thing that will get rid of moobs and body fat in general is cardio exercise – brisk walking, jogging, cycling/stationary bike etc

Im also age 21 super strong and a master hand to hand combat specialist aswell as a master in Guan dao a chinese polearm. my whole life is dedicated to the martial arts and powerlifting. Im sure kid…..

    @ApprenticeOfAnubis And no as for your reply of being better genetics and pushing more weight, how stupid are you?? really if you are lifting for a longer amoutn of time and are power lifting,etc,, your more likely to lift more weight, it morely goes with how long your trianign and what your trianing for.
