    @Shopaholicluv how on earth does workout make u fat!? You were probably eating a lot. Working out a lot will make your body cry out for more food b/c u burn out a lot of calories. If by fat, you meant, you ained weight, then congrats u gained muscle! Muscle is a good thing! They burn 50 more calories a day compared to fat which only burns 2 calories a day!
    if you’re smart, riding bikes and jogs are cardio exercises, and they require more oxygen intake than toning muscle. and oxygen burns fat!

    DO NOT TRY THIS!!! IT WILL NOT WORK!! Rumor has it, ab workouts make you flabbier. I have been trying all summer to get a good body. And I cant believe I was getting fatter! Turns riding bikes & taking jogs actually help you BURN fat! Not these dumbass ab exercises! THERE A WASTE OF TIME! DONT DO THEM YOU WILL NOT SEE ANY RESULTS!

    EVERYBODY if you want to get a flat stomach listen to this it worked for me and my 7 friends in 1 month do 20 crunches every day run up and down your block twice a week do this video and other one called 5 min tone body workout 2… once every single day and meditate for 15 min. make sure to do in order if doing on the same day

    @nat4everandalwayz eating less won’t help, in fact it will make your body retain the weight because your body will retain everything because it doesn’t know when its next meal is coming from. (I know you’re not saying you stopped eating) if you eat small healthy snacks throughout the day, it will help you lose the weight because you will end up eating smaller meals, and your body won’t hold onto as much. fibre drinks help flush your system, just don’t overdo it. mom’s doctor told her this

    I have an almost flat stomach, hopefully this will help me flatten out the tiny bit of excess. XD! my biggest problem with ab exercises is actually that most of them don’t give you nice abs, they give me an awkwardly lumpy stomach(its still muscle, but looks like fat, LOL!) . I hope this does the opposite.

    please help me!!! i am defunetly seeing good results after eating less and doing these workouts, but lets say one morning i weigh myself and i weigh 141 pounds, which is really good for my height (5 ft 9). i hardly eat anything for breakfast and lunch, and then i have a couple of snacks, and i gained two pounds in one day!!! i do like, 300 crunches every night, and 45 min of activity every day!! then the next day, same deal, except im back at 141?!?! please help!!

    @emilywarawa its not the amount you do at one time…do multiple sets of 12…you want to work in sets of 8/10/12. so for example: do 2 sets of 12, 4 sets of 10, and if you can manage by this point, do 6 sets of 8. that will make your abs burn, instead of hurt. If you do too much at one time, you can risk tearing a muscle, trust me, i’ve done it.
