What home exercise makes you lose weight in 30 minutes?

I weight about 134 and I am 5’5". I need to burn 10-15 lbs of fat for the next two weeks. Is there any home exercise I am able to do in less than two weeks to lose that weight? It is very much appreciated that you could tell me how much an exercise can burn per 30 minutes to an hour.

if you are 134 and 5-5, just dont worry, and cut down on food/meats and just brisk walk about 4 miles oneway. if you want to do it inside home, try a good aerobic video. mainly eating habits ( even try 5 small meals ), and try to be physically active. sweating will be good.
