Core Exercises Without Equipment
Collection of basic Abdominal/Core movements without equipment, except for something to hang from! Just a resource for choosing several exercises to use in training session. Remember- training will make your core strong, but if you want to SEE it- you need to be burning calories and have a clean intake!

@nelsonchris99 Good question! I train somewhat explosively/ballistically in almost everything I do. I find it helps me athletically- train the way you play, train the way you fight, etc. But, I have done all these movements SO many times over the last 20 years of training hard, that I know my old body pretty well. As with anything, if it is new to you, take it more slowly, until you become more comfortable. Good luck!
